Because Jesus lives

Because Jesus lives.

John  14:19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.

No matter what the challenges you are going through, in your life, health, family and business endeavors, because Jesus lives,  you will come out of it.

1. There is a way out.

1 Corinthians  10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

2. He can do far beyond your expectations.

Ephesians  3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

3. He is aware of your challenges and He is already doing something about them.

John  16:20 Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.  16:21 A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.  16:22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.  16:23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.  16:24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

4. He will never be late.

Daniel  3:16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.  3:17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.  3:18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.  3:19 Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.  3:20 And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace.  3:21 Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.  3:22 Therefore because the king’s commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.  3:23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.  3:24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.  3:25 He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.

Listen to what He did for these people in their life threatening challenges. He will surely do your own too in Jesus name.

Lazarus.

John  11:39 Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days.  11:40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?  11:41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.  11:42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.  11:43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.  11:44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

Peter

Acts  12:5 Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.  12:6 And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.  12:7 And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.  12:8 And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.  12:9 And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.  12:10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.  12:11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the LORD hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

Paul

Acts  27:18 And we being exceedingly tossed with a tempest, the next day they lightened the ship;  27:19 And the third day we cast out with our own hands the tackling of the ship.  27:20 And when neither sun nor stars in many days appeared, and no small tempest lay on us, all hope that we should be saved was then taken away.  27:21 But after long abstinence Paul stood forth in the midst of them, and said, Sirs, ye should have hearkened unto me, and not have loosed from Crete, and to have gained this harm and loss.  27:22 And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man’s life among you, but of the ship.  27:23 For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve,  27:24 Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.  27:25 Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me.  27:44 And the rest, some on boards, and some on broken pieces of the ship. And so it came to pass, that they escaped all safe to land.

The woman with issue of the blood.

Mark  5:25 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,  5:26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,  5:27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.  5:28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.  5:29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.  5:33 But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.  5:34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.

The woman with eighteen years infirmity.

Luke  13:10 And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.  13:11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.  13:12 And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.  13:13 And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.  13:14 And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.  13:16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?

The malefactor

Luke  23:39 And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us.  23:40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?  23:41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.  23:42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.  23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.

Remember Jesus that did all of these has not changed. He remains the same.

Hebrews  13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

So because Jesus lives, even you in particular shall live.

John  14:19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.

Let us pray.
