Jesus’s discretional movement to keep Him saved from all hurts of the Jews.

John  7:6 Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready.  7:7 The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.  7:8 Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast: for my time is not yet full come.  7:9 When he had said these words unto them, he abode still in Galilee.  7:10 But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret.

John  15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.  15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.  15:23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.  15:24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.  15:25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

John  17:14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

Through conscious planning,Our Lord was able to keep Himself from being hurt, during His earthly ministry.

This is what you must do to be protected in the midst of foes.

Remember the blessed Holy Spirit say you should keep yourself and satan the wicked one will not touch you.

1 John  5:18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

In addition our Lord wants us to be wise in the cause of fulfilling the great commission.

Matthew  10:16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
