Biblical blamelessness, requisite for readiness for the imminent rapture. ( Click here for more details. )

Biblical blamelessness requisite for readiness for the imminent rapture.

1 Thessalonians  5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

What is biblical blamelessness?

The Bible itself can tell us.

1 Thessalonians  3:13 To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

Colossians  1:22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

Philippians  1:10 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ;

1 Corinthians  1:8 Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Jude  1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

To be biblically blameless is to be biblically holy.

No wonder severally in the scriptures, Bible believing believers are called to holiness from both the old and new testaments.

2 Corinthians  7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and Spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Ephesians  5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;  5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,  5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

1 Peter  1:14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:  1:15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;  1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

Leviticus  11:44 For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.  11:45 For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

Leviticus  19:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,  19:2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.

Leviticus  20:7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the LORD your God.  20:26 And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.

Revelation  22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.  22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

How will you be holy?

That was exactly why Jesus came to the earth.  His earthly ministry was geared towards making you holy.

Matthew  1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

Jesus will save His people from their sins.

Both outward sins, biblical salvation and inward sins  biblical sanctification.

Salvation is the first work of grace.

John  3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.  3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Ye must be born again and become new creature.

2 Corinthians  5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Then sanctification is the second work of grace, subsequent to salvation.

John  17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Our Lord Jesus Christ prayed for the sanctification of His saved disciples.

He did same thing for you, after you have been biblically saved. He prayed for your sanctification.

John17:20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;

I am persuaded that these should be your personal experiences.

Because it is so, continue to the end.

1 Corinthians  1:8 Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 John  3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.  3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.  3:3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

But then you can grow in sanctification experience.

2 Timothy  2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.  2:20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.  2:21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.

2 Peter  3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

But then what if you have not been saved.  Grace to be saved has been made available for all without exception.

Titus  2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,  2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;  2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;  2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

Then after biblical salvation come to Jesus for Biblical sanctification.

Hebrews  13:12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.  13:13 Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.

Through His grace we live a blameless lifestyle till He comes.

Philippians  2:15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

This life of blamelessness was what Jesus left for us all as an example to follow and replicate.

John  17:19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.

Hebrews  7:26 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

Human beings can not fault His blameless lifestyle.

John  8:46 Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?

satan can not also.

John  14:30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

Tempted but without sin.

Hebrews  4:14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.  4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

That is His expectations and He can keep us blameless till He comes.

Jude  1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,  1:25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

Remember to be part of the imminent rapture, you must be Biblically blameless.

1 Thessalonians  5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Let us pray.
