One major requisite for being with Christ for all eternity. ( Click here for more details. )

One all important requisite to being with Christ, eternally .
John  6:67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?  6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.  6:69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.  6:70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?

Beloved brethren as you watch that video attached to this message, you will agree with me that making heaven and living eternally with God and Christ, is the greatest achievement you must pursue and possess.

The good Lord shall help you in particular in Jesus mighty name.

But then you must have a clear understanding of what it takes to be with Christ for all eternity.

God never left us in the dark to be groping on what to do.

The Bible clearly reveals to you in particular, what it takes to live with Christ in eternity. Listen to this.

Revelation  17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

2 Corinthians  6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?  6:15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?  6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.  6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,  6:18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

1 Peter  2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

Three things you must do of a compulsion.

1.  You must be called out of sin, out of unequal yokes and out of darkness.

Out of sin.

Isaiah  1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.  1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:  1:20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

Matthew  11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.  11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Revelation  17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

You must be called out of unequal yokes in business, worship, marriage, friendship, recreation etc.

3. You must be called out of darkness.  You have no business with satan. You are not looking for anything from him.

2.  You must be chosen.

Revelation  17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

How can you be chosen?

Thank God, the Bible does not live us in the dark on what it takes Biblically to be chosen.

What does it means to be chosen Biblically?  Listen.

John  6:66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.  6:67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?  6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.  6:69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.  6:70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?

It means when multitude are turning their back to Christ, because of His infallible, eternal, unchanging unfailing words of God in the Bible, you will seek for grace to continue and be obedient to His words.

Hebrews  5:8 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;  5:9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

When you hear the word of God on one man one wife, till death, no divorce or remarriage, you obey.

When you hear the word of God to do your restitution as Zacheaus did, you obey.

Luke  19:5 And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.  19:6 And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.  19:7 And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner.  19:8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.  19:9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.

Ecclesiastes  3:15 That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.

When you hear the word of God that you should not love the world and perish like Demas,. You obeyed.

1 Timothy  5:6 But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.

2 Timothy  4:10 For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia.

To be chosen, you do everything you are doing from the perspective of eternity.

You want to know what the Bible says about what you want to do or doing.

Matthew  4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

You must not add or diminish from God’s words.

Deuteronomy  4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

Deuteronomy  12:32 What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.

Revelation  22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.  22:20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

Revelation  3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.  3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Proverbs  30:6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

They are settled for ever

Psalms  119:89 For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.

They shall not pass away.

Matthew  24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

It is this word that determine your eternal well being.

John  12:46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.  12:47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.  12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

Luke  11:27 And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.  11:28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

Revelation  1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

Revelation  22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Whatever others might be doing with the word of God, you make up your mind, you will obey.

This was what Peter and other disciples of Christ did and they were chosen

John  6:66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.  6:67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?  6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.  6:69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.  6:70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?

God’s grace will be sufficient for you too in Jesus name.

2 Corinthians  9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

Number three of the requisite to being with Christ, if faithfulness.

Revelation  17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

You are called to faithfulness, because God is faithful.

Deuteronomy  7:9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;

1 Corinthians  1:9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

Jesus Christ our Lord is faithful.

Hebrews  2:17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.

Revelation  3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

The one who called us is faithful.

1 Thessalonians  5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.  5:24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

Hebrews  10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

So beloved you are called to be faithful.

1 Corinthians  4:2 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

You are called to be faithful until the end or when the imminent rapture takes place.

Revelation  2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

Remember for you in particular to be with Christ at the end of all things, you must be called, chosen and faithful.

Revelation  17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

The good Lord shall help all of us in Jesus name.
