John  5:31 If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true.  5:32 There is another that beareth witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesseth of me is true.  5:33 Ye sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth.  5:34 But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved.  5:35 He was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light.

Beloved Brethren, there is something you know about our Lord. He knows all things and nothing is hidden to Him.

John  2:24 But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men,  2:25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

John  16:30 Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.

John  18:4 Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them, Whom seek ye?

John  21:17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Hebrews  4:13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

By this capability that , He had, He gave this wonderful testimony about John the Baptist. Listen to this again.

John  5:35 He was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light.

Like our Lord did. In the same token, God the Father,  who can see all things through and through.  Listen to the testimony He gave about our Lord Jesus Christ.

Matthew  3:17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Matthew  17:5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

In the same token, the blessed Holy Spirit gave testimony about Jesus.

Hebrews  7:26 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

What our Father in heaven did to Christ Jesus our Lord, He did same for some saints of old. Listen.

Hebrews  11:4 By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

Hebrews  11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

Pause my beloved Brethen in the same way, God gave testimonies about some of the saints of old.  If He or Jesus Christ or the blessed Holy Spirit shall give testimony about you. What will the they testify about?  Knowing fully that their eyes can behold all things.

You too, through the help of the blessed Holy Spirit must endeavour to live a lifestyle of godliness and Christlikeness to earn gracious testimony. 

The good Lord shall help you in particular to be wise in all things in Jesus name.
