One reason why your miracle is guaranteed Hebrew 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever

Beloved  Brethren, one never to be forgotten truth in the Bible, is that Jesus remains the same forever. Listen to this again.

 Hebrew 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. 

It then mean that all He had done in the past for others can be done in your own life too. Listen to some of them.

Matthew  11:4 Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see:  11:5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

Matthew  8:16 When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:

Bringing life to the dead 

John  11:39 Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days.  11:40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?  11:41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.  11:42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.  11:43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.  11:44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

Deliverance from long term bondage.

Luke  13:11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.  13:12 And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.  13:13 And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.  13:16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?

Breakthrough in profession.

John  21:3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.  21:4 But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus.  21:5 Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No.  21:6 And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.  21:11 Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.

Eternity for contrite sinner

Luke  23:39 And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us.  23:40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?  23:41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.  23:42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.  23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.

All of these and many more can still be addressed because Jesus has not changed.

So, if your needs or challenges has a name, it must bow before the ever powerful name of Jesus. 

Philippians  2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:  2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;  2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Jesus can do far beyond your widest dreams. 

This is because Jesus Christ can do far beyond any of your challenges.

Ephesians 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, So ask Him, now about all your desires and even you shall have immediate breakthrough.

And the greatest good news is that, He promised to do anything and everything, if you will ask Him in faith 

John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.  14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

But, beloved to hasten the answer to your requests, do what Jesus said.

Matthew  6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Don’t limit your prayers this morning to temporary things. Ask for eternal things too.

Are you free from sin?  

Is your name in the book of life?

Have you done your restitutions?

Are you sanctified?

How prepared are you for the imminent rapture or eternity with God, should you be called to come to the great beyond today?

First ask for eternal things and then every other things you will have without stress?
