Enrich and Sustain your relationship with Jesus reading our daily devotional – If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just [true to His own nature and promises], and will forgive our sins and cleanse us continually from all unrighteousness [our wrongdoing, everything not in conformity with His will and purpose].
Beloved, heaven where your loving Father lives and where you also shall live for all eternity has one unique distinct characteristic. It is a holy place.
Exo 15:13 Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people which thou hast redeemed:thou hast guided them in thy strength unto thy holy habitation.
Deu 26:15 Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
Psa 24:3-4 Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
Isaiah 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
Because of this nothing defiling shall have access to heaven.
Revelation 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
Beloved, because heaven is your eternal abode, you must give attention to the requisite of accessing it.
1. You must enter the road that leads from earth to heaven.
Mat 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Isa 35:8-9 And an highway shall be there, and a way,and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. No lion shall be there,nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon,it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:
Pause and check up and be very very sure the present road you are traversing leads to eternity and not damnation. You shall not be damned in Jesus name.
2. You must be biblically and thoroughly cleansed. This cleansing is referred to in the Bible as holiness of life, removal of the heart of stone or sanctification.
It is the cleansing from all unrighteousness , all sins inward and outward. See it yourself.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Psalms 19:12 Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.
Psalms 51:2 Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
Jeremiah 33:8 And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned, and whereby they have transgressed against me.
Ezk 36:25-26 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
Ezekiel 37:23 Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.
Beloved, for you to experience this cleansing and sustain it till Christ comes, you have to do it urgently now. You must not presume it has been done. It must be a sustained experience.
2 Corinthians 7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
Dearly beloved, the precious blood of Jesus was not just shed to save sinners. Most importantly it was shed to purify and sanctify believers like you that shall live with Him in eternity.
Eph 5:25-27 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Titus 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Hebrews 13:12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.
Hebrews 10:10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
Dearly beloved please don’t ever forget this. Only purified and sanctifiied believers shall live eternally with God and Jesus.
Matthew 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God
1 Corinthians 6:11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
This is the reason you should reach out to Him and be thoroughly cleansed with His precious blood.

It is very important for you to know that after you have been cleansed, you must determinedly do away with sin, inward and outward.
This is because anyone who willful sin is trodden on the blood of Jesus and such people shall be severely punished. I am persuaded that you can not do this. So please avoid it.
Heb 10:26-29 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
Friend, only believers who have been cleansed thoroughly from all unrighteousness shall be part of the dawning rapture. You shall be part of it in Jesus name.

See how the Bible gives details of this thorough cleansing. Please don’t presume or assume.
Check now whether this is a reality in your life at present. If it is, endeavor to sustain it till Christ comes. If not do something drastic about it now.
Isa 33:15-17 He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions,that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks:bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off.
