I will meditate in thy precepts, commandments, statues and laws and have respect unto thy ways and teachings – Psalms 119:15
Dearly beloved brethren, there is something peculiar that characterised the lifestyle of Bible believing believers like you. They are wise people.
Pro 9:12 If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself:but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.
And because they are wise, they are always thoughtful of their eternal well being.
Deuteronomy 32:29 O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!
Proverbs 19:20 Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.
I will meditate in thy precepts, commandments, statues and laws and have respect unto thy ways and teachings – Psalms 119:15
Because of this, such believers which must include you, are always meditating on God’s words regularly and applying their hearts to wisdom, so that at the end of their lives, God’s word will justify and not condemn them.
Psalms 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
This was the reason why king David was commited to meditating on God’s words and having so much reference to what it says.
Psalms 119:15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
No wonder, king David was always asking the question, on what he must be doing to live eternally with God.
I will meditate in thy precepts, commandments, statues and laws and have respect unto thy ways and teachings – Psalms 119:15
See some instances.
Psalms 15:1-5 Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour. In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not. He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
Psalms 24:3-4 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
Pause a little and reflect on the lifestyle of king David. Have you also being asking yourself, whether your present attitude towards God’s words shall help you to live eternally with God?

See this same passage of the Bible amplified.
Psalms 119:15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
I will meditate –
He should encourage self-examination and reflection; and meditate frequently on God’s words, works, and ways – and especially on his gracious dealings towards him.
He should keep his eye upon God’s steps; setting the example of his Savior before his eyes, going where he would go, and nowhere else; doing what he would do, and nothing else; keeping the company that he would keep, and none else; and doing every thing in reference to the final judgment.

Beloved, because you too, desire to live with God eternally, then give attention to the following words.
1. Always seek living in heaven and walking in holiness lifestyle that shall take you there.
Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
2. Do everything on day to day basis, from the perspective of secured eternity.
Colossians 3:1-4 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
3. Live daily like a wise virgin in readiness for the dawning rapture.
Revelation 3:10 -11 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
The good Lord shall help you in particular in Jesus name.
