And the Lord appeared again in Shiloh: for the Lord revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the Lord. – 1 Samuel 3:21

Beloved, nominal churchgoers globally are snared by an avoidable canker worm.

This is because of their preference for prophetic words of one great man or woman of God and not living by the entire word of God in the Bible, as commanded by our Lord Jesus Christ.

Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

What these people failed to understand and appreciate is the fact that, God”s entire words in the Bible are more sure words of prophecy that can guarantee their earthly and eternal well-being.

Please my dearly beloved, don’t fall a victim of this avoidable delusion.

2Pe 1:19 — 2Pe 1:21 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

This sure word of prophecy was the means through which God reveals Himself to Samuel for his personal edification and acceptable holy service to the whole nation of Israel.

1Sa 3:19 — 1Sa 3:21 And Samuel grew, and the Lord was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground. And all Israel from Dan even to Beersheba knew that Samuel was established to be a prophet of the Lord. And the Lord appeared again in Shiloh: for the Lord revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the Lord.

Because,, God is determined to do same with you and even more, please give attention to these twelve extremely important edifying exhortations you need to know about the infallible and eternal word of God in the Bible. See them.

1. Not a jot or a tittle out of God’s unfailing words shall fail.

Isaiah 34:16 Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.

2. God’s unchanging word shall always accomplish what it says.

Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

3. The entirety of the word of God in the Bible are eternal. Not just for now. They shall never pass away.

Isa 40:7 — Isa 40:8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

Psalms 119:89 For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.

Mat 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Mar 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

4. The word of God is a guiding lamp for you not to slip into satan’s tireless snares.. The word of God is also the singular ordained means of your biblical perfection.

Psa 119:105. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet,and a light unto my path.

2Ti 3:16 — 2Ti 3:17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

5. The infallible words of God in the Bible are potent to cleanse you from all forms of defilements and make you to become a glorious church qualified for the dawning rapture.

Psa 119:1 — Psa 119:3 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord. Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart. They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.

Psa 119:9 — Psa 119:11 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

Eph 5:25 — Eph 5:27 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

6. The word of God in the Bible enables you to be creative and wise to attain earthly and eternal pursuits in accordance to God’s will.

Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

7. You can only experience biblical salvation through God’s incorruptible and engrafted words .

1Pe 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

James 1:21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

8. The word of God in the Bible are spirit , potent enough to quicken you to be healthy physically and spiritually.

Jn 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

9.. What you do with the Bible now, shall determine your eternal well-being. Any word you reject from the Bible shall hinder you or anyone else from getting to heaven. For your eternal well-being and that of anyone to be secured ensure you live by the entirety of the words in the Bible.

1Sa 15:22 — 1Sa 15:23 And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

Jn 12:46 — Jn 12:48 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

Rev 3:10 — Rev 3:11 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

10. God’s unchanging infallible words are food for your soul to be well nourished.

Job 23:12 Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.

11. God places more premium and honour on His word more than any of His name used in worshipping Him.

Psalms 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

12. God’s unchanging infallible words are able to build you up to be strong, as you live by them. They will enable you to contend without stress every confrontations or challenges that might come your way on your journey to heaven.

Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Acts 20:32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.

No wonder, the Bible reveals that you become wiser as you live by the sayings of Jesus and all that the Bible says from Genesis to Revelation or you become foolish as you reject any. Praise God you are a wise person, living by the entirety of the revealetions.

Mat 7:24 — Mat 7:27 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

But then, beloved there is a very important proviso that is a compulsion for you. You are not permitted under any circumstances to add or remove anything from the word of God in the Bible. Regrettable eternal consequence is the portion of anyone who does so. Thank God that can not be your portion, because you will not do so.

Deu 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.

Rev 22:18 — Rev 22:19 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

This becomes necessary because the entirety of the word of God in the Bible are testimonies about our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the living, spoken and the written Word. See it yourself.

Jn 1:1 — Jn 1:2 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.

1 John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

Rev 19:11 — Rev 19:13 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

May the Lord help you in particular to be doer of the words and be wise unto salvation in Jesus mighty name .

James 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

2 Timothy 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
