Exodus 15:9-10 The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them. Thou didst blow with thy wind, the sea covered them: they sank as lead in the mighty waters.
Beloved, our Lord said something pertaining to believers of all ages, most especially you.
What He said was very real, you must plug into it before your triumph now and at eternity can be guaranteed. See what He said.
John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

What does this means? It means you in particular have a determined tireless intelligent adversary, set to steal, kill and destroy both your earthly and eternal blessings. He will abysmally fail in Jesus name.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
But you must reckon with the fact that on this side of heaven you are in for warfare and not fun fare. Don’t ever forget.
Job 5:6 — Job 5:7 Although affliction cometh not forth of the dust, neither doth trouble spring out of the ground; Yet man is born unto trouble,as the sparks fly upward.

2Ti 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
Beloved, because of this, your more intelligent Lord has provided you with tried and tested weapons of warfare to guarantee at all times, your victory here and hereafter.
2Co 10:3 — 2Co 10:6 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

Thanksgiving, praise and worship.
The blood of Jesus
The name of Jesus
The Word of Jesus: : written words, spoken and living.
Prayer of two and three in agreement.
Gift of tongues and anointing.
Fasting and prayers.
You in particular shall be victorious at all times in Jesus name.
1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 2:14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
Beloved, in spite of all these at our disposal, coupled with the promised presence of God, there are times, it seems your adversaries are stronger and have upper hands against you.
This was the state the children of Israel found themselves, when Pharaoh pursued them with all the military might of the nation of Egypt after their liberation from slavery of four hundred and thity years.
But this situation is always temporal. It does not last. See it.

At such a time, you need not be afraid.
2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
But then you need to believe what the scriptures says about , your Redeemer, yourself and the adversaries.
See some of the things the scriptures says.
1. Your Redeemer with invincible might.
Jer 50:34 Their Redeemer is strong;the Lord of hosts is his name:he shall throughly plead their cause,that he may give rest to the land,and disquiet the inhabitants of Babylon.

Pro 23:11 For their redeemer is mighty;he shall plead their cause with thee.
Col 2:14 — Col 2:15 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
2. Yourself and your ultimate victory through Him.
Jeremiah 31:11 For the Lord hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he.
Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Luke 21:13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.
2 Corinthians 1:10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

3. The certainty of the total defeat of your adversaries in due time.
Isa 8:9 — Isa 8:13 Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces. Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us. For the Lord spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying, Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid. Sanctify the Lord of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.
Job 5:12 He disappointeth the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise.

Isaiah 44:25 That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish;
Pro 26:27 Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein:and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him.
See instances in both old and new testaments, where temporarily it was like the adversaries were untop but then were defeated.
1. See the bragging for forty days of Goliath before God brought him down through David.
1Sa 17:40 — 1Sa 17:51 And he took his staff in his hand, and chose him five smooth stones out of the brook, and put them in a shepherd’s bag which he had, even in a scrip; and his sling was in his hand: and he drew near to the Philistine. And the Philistine came on and drew near unto David; and the man that bare the shield went before him. And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance. And the Philistine said unto David, Am I a dog, that thou comest to me with staves? And the Philistine cursed David by his gods. And the Philistine said to David, Come to me, and I will give thy flesh unto the fowls of the air, and to the beasts of the field. Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. This day will the Lord deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give you into our hands. And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose, and came and drew nigh to meet David, that David hasted, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth. So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David. Therefore David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled.
2. See the initial and temporal joy of king Herod, when He killed James, but Peter was supernaturally delivered the morning, he would have been killed and also the death of Herod, smitten by the angel of God.
Act 12:1 — Act 12:11 Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church. And he killed James the brother of John with the sword. And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.) And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people. Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him. And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison. And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands. And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me. And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision. When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him. And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

But how would you secure this certain victory?
1. Harken unto what He says about your safety and ultimate victory.
Proverbs 1:33 But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.
2. Use the provided tried and tested weapons with earnest intercession..

Luke 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
Jam 5:16 — Jam 5:18 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.
3. Have unwavering confidence in your invincible Redeemer.
Proverbs 3:26 For the Lord shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.
Heb 13:5 — Heb 13:6 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
Beloved, as all of these help you to secure defeat of your adversaries against you on this side of heaven , so also it will guarantee your readiness in parking in the dawning rapture.
1. Believe what He said about the imminent rapture.
Jn 14:1 — Jn 14:3. Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
1Co 15:51 — 1Co 15:52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1Th 4:15 — 1Th 4:17 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

2. Prepare continually for it as a wise virgin.
Col 3:1 — Col 3:4 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
1Jo 3:1 — 1Jo 3:3 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
Rev 3:10 — Rev 3:11 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
3. Settle it I your heart He would deliver you in particular from every snare that can make you stumble. You shall not stumble in Jesus name.
2Ti 4:17 — 2Ti 4:18 Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion. And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Jude 1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
His grace shall be sufficient for you till He comes in Jesus name.
