FAITHFULNESS ENRICHES – KnowingJESUS Daily Devotional

Are you reliable? Can others count on you? Do you want to be amongst the GREATEST? If so, then become a person who is faithful. FAITHFULNESS ENRICHES

Are you trusted by your friends? Are you reliable? Can others count on you? Do you want to be a part of the GREATEST in today’s generation? Do you want to rise to unimaginable levels in all areas of life? If so, then become a person who is faithful.

Zechariah 4:10. For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the Lord, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

Beloved, as you take time to reflect on saints of old that attained greatness, there was a common denominator in the lives of all of them. They began in a little way and were consistent in their relationship with God.
They never despised inconsequential favours and divine help they received on their way to greatness and God kept on increasing them. He will do same for you too in Jesus name.
Always appreciate inconsequential divers favours and unmerited help, that, God brings your way, it will ultimately pave way for your desired lifting.

Job 23:10: But he knoweth the way that I take: whenhe hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.

Isaiah 41:14: Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

This encouragement was what, Zechariah gave to Zerubabel when they commenced the building of the temple. It was true that, they had fierce resistance from the then monarch and the heathen, but they noticed the hand of God making them to receive favour and help, even though it was coming slowly and gradually, than they expected. See it.

Zechariah 4:10. For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the Lord, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

Beloved, you too might be expecting great things quickly from the Lord, appreciate the little things, you see Him doing, now . They shall pave way for desired great things, you are expecting.
Your beginning might seem small and inconsequential. Continue with the Lord, your greatness is already in sight in Jesus name. See what the Bible says.

Job 8:7. Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.

Psalms 84:7: They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.

Proverbs 4:18: But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

Isaiah 60:22. A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time.

Never , ever , give up but continue to trust and wait patiently upon God. Follow on with Him , He will surely take you to your desired haven.

Hosea 6:3: Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

Psalms 107:29-30. He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still. Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven.

Since God remains the same, what He did for the following saints at their letter end, He will do for you too in Jesus name. See them. Be expectant.

1. Latter end of Job

Job 42:12 -13. So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses. He had also seven sons and three daughters..

2. Latter end of Joseph

Genesis 41:51-52. And Joseph called the name of the firstborn Manasseh: For God, said he, hath made me forget all my toil, and all my father’s house. And the name of the second called he Ephraim: For God hath caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction.

3. Latter end of Hannah.

1 Samuel 2:21. And the Lord visited Hannah, so that she conceived, and bare three sons and two daughters. And the child Samuel grew before the Lord.

4. Latter end of Sarah

Genesis 21:1-7. And the Lord visited Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did unto Sarah as he had spoken. For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him. And Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac. And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac being eight days old, as God had commanded him. And Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him. And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me. And she said, Who would have said unto Abraham, that Sarah should have given children suck? for I have born him a son in his old age.

5. Latter glory of the temple built by Zerubabel.

Haggai 2:3. Who is left among you that saw this house in her first glory? and how do ye see it now? is it not in your eyes in comparison of it as nothing?

Haggai 2:9 The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts.

6. Latter end of Jesus in prophecy, even though despised as a carpenter

Mark 6:2-4. And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands? Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.

Daniel 2:34: -35. Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces. Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

Daniel 7:13-14. I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

Beloved always remember, the Lord knows the way you are presently treading now, after the trial of faith, you shall come forth as gold in Jesus name.

Job 23:10: But he knoweth the way that I take: whenhe hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.

1 Peter 1:6-7. Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

Dearly beloved, the Lord Jesus Christ has so many treasures, exclusively meant for faithful believers, that loves Him. You are a candidate for great things, but you need biblical faithfulness.

1 Corinthians 2:9. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Proverbs 8:17-21. I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness. My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; and my revenue than choice silver. I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment: That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures.

However, these treasures are reserved for faithful believers of all ages and that includes you.

1 Corinthians 4:2. Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

Luke 12:42-44. And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath.

Only believers that are faithful in little things shall get more from the Lord. Receive grace to be faithful in little things.

Luke 16:10-12. He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man’s, who shall give you that which is your own?

Luke 19:15-18. And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds. And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities. And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.

Dearly beloved see what the Lord did through Peter and Paul. They had little beginning but grew into greatness, because they were consistent in faithfulness. Jesus is set to do same for you, if you will be faithful in little things.

Peter:

Acts 2:41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Acts 4:4. Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.

Acts 5:12-16. And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon’s porch. And of the rest durst no man join himself to them: but the people magnified them. And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.) Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them. There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.

Acts 9:32-42. And it came to pass, as Peter passed throughout all quarters, he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda. And there he found a certain man named AEneas, which had kept his bed eight years, and was sick of the palsy. And Peter said unto him, AEneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately. And all that dwelt at Lydda and Saron saw him, and turned to the Lord.

Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did. And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber. And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring him that he would not delay to come to them. Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them. But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up. And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive. And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord.

Paul :

Acts 14:8-10. And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother’s womb, who never had walked: The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked.

Acts 16:4-5. And as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem. And so were the churches established in the faith, and increased in number daily.

Acts 15:12. Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them.

Acts 19:11-12. And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul: So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.

Romans 15:18-19. For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed, Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.

Dearly beloved, do not despise the days of little beginning. Be faithful to the Lord, with the little treasure He has entrusted into your hands now and it shall grow to greatness in Jesus name.

Matthew 13:12: For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away

Luke 12:32. Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

JESUS ENCOURAGED BELIEVERS OF ALL AGES AND YOU IN PARTICULAR, TO BE FAITHFUL IN LITTLE AND WATCH IT GROW INTO GREATNESS.

Friend, do you really desire to be part of the dawning rapture? If your response is affirmative yes, then be determined to walk with God now and enjoy a foretaste of what eternity consist.

True believers, needs not to get to heaven before they begin to enjoy heavenly blessings. Even here on earth, as you walk with God in biblical holiness, you certainly have a foretaste of glory land. See what the Bible says.

Deuteronomy 11:21 That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.

Matthew 5:8. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Philippians 2:13: For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Hebrews 13:5. Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

The Worldling and nominal churchgoers can never enjoy a foretaste of heaven because, presently, they follow other gods. See what they do.

Psalms 16:4. Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips.

Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Romans 1:28. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

2 Thessalonians 2:10-12. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

However, for faithful believers like you globally that shall be part of this glorious event, the following remains your unchanging attitude till the Lord comes.
1. you must be comforted through your expectation of this event.

1 Thessalonians 4:15-18. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

2. you must continue to prepare for His coming. You can not go on vacation and stray away.

Ephesians 5:25-27. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Matthew 25:4-10. But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

3. you must labour to get members of your world of influence to partake in the dawning rapture too.

Jude 1:22-23. And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

Daniel 12:3. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

The good Lord shall help you in Jesus name.

See you at the top in Jesus name.
