Beloved, it is very amazing and praiseworthy that you are one of the very  few  wise believers, globally. Please keep it up because of its eternal rewarding consequences. .
But then it is very disturbing and painful to see majority of today’s professors of religion and nominal churchgoers globally, being determinedly foolish and heading towards damnable eternity.
I praise God for you because this shall never be your portion in Jesus name.  But then you want to find out why,  these churchgoers are foolish?
They know what to do to secure their eternal well-being, but deliberately and willingly choose not to do it, thinking they could placate  God with  abominable,  unacceptable, sacrifices.

1Sa 15:22 — 23  And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.

Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

Pro 21:27 — 28  The sacrifice of the wicked is abomination: how much more, when he bringeth it with a wicked mind?

Proverbs 15:8  The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.

The parable  of our Lord Jesus Christ, on the ten virgins, gives  a true  and clearer picture of the wise and the foolish believers. They all are aware the bridegroom was coming. .
Good enough all of them knew what to do to guarantee  the bridegroom’s  acceptability, but five did what to do and  secured  their eternal well-being.  Just like you are  presently doing..
But the other five did not and were damned. You shall not be damned in Jesus name.
However, after the arrival of the bridegroom and  they were found wanting. Then they went to do the needful. Unfortunately, the bridegroom rejected them ultimately .

Mat 25:8 — 13  And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Beloved, it will not be out of place to do away with all presumption and sincerely examine yourself. Where do you belong? Among the wise virgins or the foolish? I am persuaded of you to be among the wise.
But then check up yourself. Just in case you discover you are found wanting. Repent immediately
See this will also help you. Jesus our Lord gave us another vivid example of wise and foolish believers. See it yourself and sincerely ascertain where you belong.

Mat 7:24 — 27  Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

Beloved, you might be wondering why this classification and categorization?  IT IS TO DISCOVER WHETHER YOUR WORKS BEFORE GOD  ARE  ACCEPTABLE OR NOT. See this.

Rev 2:2 — 5  I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

Beloved, if you are able to answer this question sincerely now. It shall not theaten your eternal well-being at eternity.
DO YOU LOVE GOD? Some so called believers loved Him before, but now they are not. Even though, they are presently placating Him with abominable sacrifices without wholehearted obedience.
See what the Bible says.

Deu 6:5  And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Deu 10:12  And now, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee, but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,

Mar 12:29 — 31  And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

SEE HOW THE SCRIPTURES DESCRIBE THOSE PROFESSORS OF RELIGION, WHO HAVE LOST THEIR FIRST LOVE AND WORKS.

Jer 2:2 — 13  Go and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the Lord; I remember thee, the kindness of thy youth, the love of thine espousals, when thou wentest after me in the wilderness, in a land that was not sown. Israel was holiness unto the Lord, and the firstfruits of his increase: all that devour him shall offend; evil shall come upon them, saith the Lord. Hear ye the word of the Lord, O house of Jacob, and all the families of the house of Israel: Thus saith the Lord, What iniquity have your fathers found in me, that they are gone far from me, and have walked after vanity, and are become vain? Neither said they, Where is the Lord that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, that led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought, and of the shadow of death, through a land that no man passed through, and where no man dwelt? And I brought you into a plentiful country, to eat the fruit thereof and the goodness thereof; but when ye entered, ye defiled my land, and made mine heritage an abomination. The priests said not, Where is the Lord? and they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that do not profit. Wherefore I will yet plead with you, saith the Lord, and with your children’s children will I plead. For pass over the isles of Chittim, and see; and send unto Kedar, and consider diligently, and see if there be such a thing. Hath a nation changed their gods, which are yet no gods? but my people have changed their glory for that which doth not profit. Be astonished, O ye heavens, at this, and be horribly afraid, be ye very desolate, saith the Lord. For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.

Beloved, do you sincerely think you love God. See the biblical way of loving Him and weigh yourself on the basis of the scriptures.

1 John 5:3  For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous

Check , are you keeping His commandments?
Have you done your restitutions?
Where is your first spouse?
What are you doing with daily adultery with a second wife or husband, when your first spouse is alive?
You do your business today , the way the worldlings do theirs.
You give bribe and receive bribe.
See worldliness have separated you and God. Yet you are banking on unacceptable sacrifices, which are filthy tags.
You belong to the categories of foolish virgins. Repent or else eternity for  such people,  shall be pitiable and fearsome. May God help you to be wise unto salvation in Jesus name.
Dearly beloved, you are persuaded beyond any iota of doubt that Jesus loves you in particular.

John 15:13  Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

John 10:11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

Eph 5:2  And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

1 John 4:19  We love him, because he first loved us.

Jesus is interested in discovering whether His followers of all ages especially you, loves Him.

Jn 21:15 — 17  So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep..

Pause and sincerely examine yourself. Do you love Jesus? Perhaps you might have been loving Him, before. Do you still love Him or you have thrown away your first love?

Rev 2:2 — 5  I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

Dearly beloved, it is very easy from the scriptures to discover whether you love Him or you have done away with your first love. See them yourself.
1. WHEN YOU LOVE ANOTHER PERSON OR ANY OTHER THING MORE THAN HIM. Job, beauty , fame etc.

Mat 10:37 — 39  He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

Matthew 16:26  For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Matthew 6:24  No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

 2. WHEN YOU ARE COMPROMISING YOUR FAITH, TO GAIN SOMETHING.

2Ti 2:11 — 13  It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself

3. WHEN YOU NOW REJECT THE OLD TIME RELIGION AND OPTED FOR DAMNABLE ANOTHER GOSPEL.

Gal 1:6 — 8  I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

4. WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO DISOBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS.

Jn 14:21 — 24  He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.

Examine yourself do you love Jesus? Is your first love still intact?
Your response should be affirmative yes. But if not. Please repent now.

2 Corinthians 13:5  Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

Friend, in deed the rapture is dawning. Painfully, these categories of professors of religion shall be disqualified. You shall not in Jesus name.
1. Those who love other things, no matter it’s importance,  more than Christ.

Mat 10:37 — 39  He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it..

2. Those who have lost  His love on the altar of sin and compromise.

Mat 24:12 — 13  And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

3. Those who have backslided like Demas or looked back like Lot”s wife.

Heb 6:4 — 6  For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Luk 17:32  Remember Lot’s wife.

4. Those who wilfully sin like Judas.

Heb 10:26 — 31   For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Friend, you can avoid it and you shall avoid it in Jesus name. So heed this timely warning from Jesus.

Then follow Him wholeheartedly through thick and thin till,  He comes.

Rev 14:4 — 5  These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

Rom 8:35 — 39  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
