Acts 8:29-31 Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.
Acts 8:35. Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.
Beloved, all glory to God for bringing you to the new month. The month of June for you shall be a time of outpouring of the dews of heaven. This month every good thing you desired for yourself and family shall be granted you in Jesus name.
Genesis 27:28. Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine:
In the days of old, God the Father referred to the Bible in different names. See some of them.
1. The book of Law.
Joshua 1:8. This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
2. The book of the Lord.
Isaiah 34:16. Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read:no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.
3. The scripture of truth.
Daniel 10:21: But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince
Interestingly this book can not be understood, except, God opens the understanding of His people to know it. So, He undertook to teach the saints of old , how to understand it.
Isaiah 48:17-18. Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea:
This He did by pouring His Spirit upon them. If you too must understand the Bible, it will take you to receive the gift of the Spirit from the Father.
Proverbs 1:23. Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.
Isaiah 32:15: Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.
Isaiah 45:8: Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it.
Joel 2:28: ¶And it shall come to pass afterward, thatI will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
Zechariah 12:10: And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
Luke 11:13: If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
Beloved, some saints of old were unusually favoured to receive unique spirit of God. You too deserve this privilege and you shall have it in Jesus name. See some of them.
Bezaleel
Exodus 31:1-6. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship. And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee;
Solomon
1 Kings 3:5-12. In Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee. And Solomon said, Thou hast shewed unto thy servant David my father great mercy, according as he walked before thee in truth, and in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with thee; and thou hast kept for him this great kindness, that thou hast given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day. And now, O Lord my God, thou hast made thy servant king instead of David my father: and I am but a little child: I know not how to go out or come in. And thy servant is in the midst of thy people which thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude. Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people? And the speech pleased the Lord, that Solomon had asked this thing. And God said unto him, Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself understanding to discern judgment; Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee.
1 Kings 4:29-31. And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore. And Solomon’s wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east country, and all the wisdom of Egypt. For he was wiser than all men; than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Chalcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol: and his fame was in all nations round about.
See what it will take you too, to receive this unique privilege, so take advantage of if, now to enable you have proper understanding of the scriptures of truth. It is done in Jesus name.
Luke 11:13: If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
Dearly beloved, Jesus your Lord was reputed as the teacher come from God, during His earthly ministry.
John 3:1-2. There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
One of the things our Lord did for Bible days believers, before He went to the cross and even after His resurrection was to open their understanding of the scriptures.
Matthew 13:19: When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
Matthew 13:23: But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
Matthew 13:51: Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.
Luke 24:44 -45. And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
In addition, He promised the Bible days believers that one major thing that the gift of the Holy Spirit would do for them is to give them unusual understanding of the scriptures. This becomes important because, without this gift of the Holy Spirit, understanding the scriptures would be a Herculean task for the unregenerate and the churchgoers.
John 14:26. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
1 John 2:20: But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.
1 John 2:27. But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
No marvel, the Euthopia man, a. eunuch of great authority was reading the Bible and did not understand it.
Acts 8:27-28. And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship, Was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the prophet.
But then, the Spirit of God prompted Philip to join him and teach him.

Because Philip had received the baptism, it was easier for him to understand the passage and to interpret it for Him. This led to the genuine biblical conversion and water baptism of the eunuch.
Acts 8:35-37. Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
Dearly beloved, remember the unsaved people in your world of influence have been blinded by the devil.
2 Corinthians 4:4: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
If God will use you as instrument for their conversion, you need to have the same Spirit as Philip had. Time is short. Reach out to our Lord and receive this baptism and be used to rescue the perishing, before the rapture takes place or death take them to hell. May the good Lord depend on you in Jesus name.
Acts 1:8. But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
UNDERSTANDING OF THE SCRIPTURES THROUGH THE GIFT OF HOLY SPIRIT FROM JESUS CHRIST, TO BELIEVERS OF ALL AGES AND YOU. CHAPTER EIGHT OF ACTS.
Friend, glory to God, the blessed Holy Spirit has opened your understanding. You are aware the end time is here and rapture is dawning. It is very important for you to know that, as God has brought you to the new month of June, it is for you to apply your heart to wisdom.
Psalms 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
This becomes extremely important because, you are closer to the dawning rapture, much more than before.
1 Corinthians 7:29. But this I say, brethren, the time is short: it remaineth, that both they that have wives be as though they had none;
The night is far spent.
Romans 13:12-14. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
Pause a little. Don’t be presumptuous. Are you really ready for the rapture? Are you fully prepared to meet with your maker?
Amos 4:12. Therefore thus will I do unto thee, O Israel: and because I will do this unto thee, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel.
Are you checking up whether your name is still in the book of life? It is possible for it , to be written. But it can be blotted out also. I pray your name shall not be blotted out. Hope you are not looking back? Hope you are not compromising? Have you done all. your restitutions? God is still concerned about the unsettled past, if you will be partaking in the rapture.
Ecclesiastes 3:15. That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.
Exodus 32:33 And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.
Are you overcoming sins daily? Have you purge yourself of all blemishes, sports and wrinkles? Jesus is coming for the glorious church, not graceless church.
Ephesians 5:25-27. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Hope their no unforgiving spirit in your heart? No bitterness and no malice?
Ephesians 4:29-32. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.
Hope you are wiser than the wiles of the devil and you are not ignorant of his devices?
Ephesians 6:10-11. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
2 Corinthians 2:11. Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
You must overcome sin, self, flesh, the world and its carnality to have your name kept in the book of life?
Revelation 3:5. He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Are you still leaving by the totality of the scriptures? It will take all of these to be ready for the rapture.
Revelation 3:10-11. Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
John 12:46-48. I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
When the blessed Holy Spirit gives you understanding of the scriptures, it is not just for you to teach others, but also, to do and teach after our Lord and Ezra.
Acts 1:1 The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,
Ezra 7:10. For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the Lord, and to do it, and to teach in Israel statutes and judgments.
Please I beseech you, examine yourself and take necessary steps to be really ready.
2 Corinthians 13:5. Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
