Enrich and Sustain your relationship with Jesus reading our daily devotional – Revelation 4:1 -5 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold. And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
Beloved, praise the Lord you are in deed a wise person. The one major reason why you are wise is that you are living your lifestyle with an eye on your eternal well-being. I earnestly pray for you that your eternity shall be blissful in Jesus name.
Deuteronomy 32:29 O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!
Proverbs 19:20 Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.
Beloved, should the whole universal church of Christ globally trivialize the end time events, you can not and you should not. This is because of your persuasion from the scriptures, the certainty of these events and the imminent rapture.
By the grace of God, you have been exposed to this truth from divers teachings in your church and through this daily devotional in particular. So you have no iota of doubt again on this subject.
Luk 1:1 — 4 Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us, Even as they delivered them unto us, which from the beginning were eyewitnesses, and ministers of the word; It seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the very first, to write unto thee in order, most excellent Theophilus, That thou mightest know the certainty of those things, wherein thou hast been instructed.
Beloved of a truth, the end time events are certain and the rapture is dawning. In both the old and new testaments, divers prophecies were made on this subject matter.
However, the book of Revelation in the Bible, is essentially devoted for end time events.
The good Lord through the blessed Holy Spirit shall open our understanding of this certain imminent events , as we together begin the study of this unfailing truth as revealed in the book of Revelation in the Bible. See this yourself.

Beloved, these five verses of this chapter contain the summary of the book of Revelation and the entirety of the end time events.
Every word mentioned there are so important and have very deep meaning that determine the eternal well-being of wise believers,. like you. Please give utmost attention to them.
The first three chapters of the book of Revelation reveals the state of the church then and till the end of the time. See some of them.
Rev 1:19 — 20 Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter; The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.
But then, between chapter three and four, a hidden mystery took place, referred to as the rapture of the dead in Christ and living saints. See it yourself. It is in deed a hidden mystery.
1Co 15:51 — 52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Our beloved brother John who received this revelations was himself, one of the representative of the raptured church. . Prior to the rapture of the church as contained in the book of Revelation, somethings were shown to him. See it.
Rev 1:10 — 16 I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea. And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
From this passage, when our glorified Lord appeared to John, he heard a voice like a trumpet, in Revelation chapter one verse ten.
Revelation 1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,
Now when the Lord concluded the subject of the church at the end of chapter three and the church was raptured in between chapter three and four. The first thing John heard was the trumpet voice. See it.
Revelation 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
Beloved, that same trumpet voice is the one the dead in Christ and living saints shall hear and shall be caught up to meet our Lord in the air. See them yourself.
1Co 15:51 — 52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed
1Th 4:13 — 17 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Our beloved brother John was translated in this revelations to see the raptured saints in heaven. See it again.
Revelation 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
Beloved we shall continue tomorrow if our Lord tarries. But the above revelations should have persuaded you that the end time is here and rapture is dawning. How prepared are you? Is your name still in the book of life?
Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Revelation 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Or have you allowed secret sins and compromise to remove it?
Exodus 32:33 And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.
Are you still walking in daily righteousness and holiness? Only those that are biblically righteous shall be part of this imminent event as brother John. May the Lord help you in particular to be wise unto salvation in Jesus name.
Luke 1:75 In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
Isa 33:15 — 17 He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off.
Isa 35:8 — 9 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:
