Dearly beloved brethren, there are some awesome truths that the Bible reveals to us about God, our loving Father in heaven. These revelations made God to be indispensable to all humanity, especially you. See some of these all important revelations.

1. It takes God alone to build you to be built into desired relevance.

Psa 127:1 — Psa 127:2 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.

2. Only His ceaseless blessings can deliver you from lifelong stressful lifestyle.

Proverbs 10:22.The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.

3. He alone can teach and guide you to all round desired success.

Deuteronomy 8:18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

4. Only Him can help you to attain desired increase in all areas of your life.

1Co 3:6 — 1Co 3:7 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.

5. Only through Him, you can receive help to live eternally with Him.

Exodus 15:13 Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people which thou hast redeemed: thou hast guided them in thy strength unto thy holy habitation.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever. – Psalms 93:5.

But then all of these are only attainable, if you can wholeheartedly heed His unchanging call to biblical holiness.

1 Thessalonians 4:7 For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.

This becomes absolutely necessary, because holiness becometh His house forever.

Psalms 93:5. Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever.
Deu 26:15 Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever. – Psalms 93:5.

This simply means, you must be biblically holy in all areas of your life, to access His lifelong stressless and eternal blessings. This becomes non optional because He is holy through and through. See all these.

Psalms 145:17 The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.
1Pe 1:14 — 1Pe 1:16. As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
Isaiah 57:15. For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
Isaiah 52:11. Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.
Leviticus 20:26. And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.
Psalms 99:5. Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.
Psalms 99:9 Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.
Zechariah 14:20. In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses, HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD; and the pots in the LORD’s house shall be like the bowls before the altar
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever. – Psalms 93:5.

This biblical holiness lifestyle must be entrenched in the life of every one in the family. Your children are not exempted.

Leviticus 19:2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.

Beloved, God is set to bless you abundantly here and hereafter, if you will determinedly live in biblical holiness. This is because without holiness, no man or woman inside or outside the church shall be able to see God on earth and in eternity. You shall see Him here and hereafter, so be biblically holy with the entire members of your family.

Hebrews 12:14. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
Revelation 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | September 29, 2020 | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. – Psalms 92:12.

Dearly beloved brethren as a child in the kingdom of your heavenly Father, you should be acquainted with Him by now.

The Bible says can two walk together except they be agree?

Amos 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. – Psalms 92:12

Beloved both your Father and your Lord. Jesus. are righteous through and through.

1. The Father.

Psalms 145:17. The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.

2. The Lord Jesus Christ.

1 John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. – Psalms 92:12

Besides this, they both love the righteous.

1. The Father.

Psa 11:7. For the righteous Lord loveth righteousness;his countenance doth behold the upright.
Psalms 1:6. For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

2. Our Lord Jesus Christ.

1Jo 2:29. If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.
1Jo 3:7. Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. – Psalms 92:12

Beloved it is for this reason that both shall reward the righteous here and hereafter.

See rewards for the righteous here on earth.

Psalms 5:12. For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
Psa 37:25 I have been young, and now am old;yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.
Psalms 92:12. The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Proverbs 14:34. Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people
Isaiah 3:10. Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.
1Pe 3:12. For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. – Psalms 92:12

Rewards for the righteous in eternity.

Matthew 13:43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Matthew 25:46. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
2Ti 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

As there are rewards for the righteous here and hereafter, so also is fearsome recompense for the wicked here and hereafter.

Mal 3:18. Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.
Rev 22:11 — Rev 22:13 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

It is very very easy to differentiate the biblical righteous and the unrighteous and the ungodly. For example

LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. – Psalms 92:12

Zechariah and Elizabeth were both righteous.

Luk 1:5 — Luk 1:6 There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.

While Balaam was wicked and his prayer was not answered.

Numbers 23:10. Who can count the dust of Jacob, and the number of the fourth part of Israel? Let me die the death of the righteous, and let my last end be like his!

Beloved I am persuaded you are righteous biblically. So, sustain it till Jesus comes to take us to heaven.

But just in case you discover you are still wicked. Repent immediately, because tomorrow might be too late.

Isa 55:6 — Isa 55:7 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while. he is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him;and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

May the good Lord help you in particular to be wise unto salvation in Jesus name.

Dearly beloved brethren, God is committed to provide you lifelong ceaseless protection, if you plug unto Him and meet the conditions as revealed in the scriptures.

Either in the old or new testaments, His conditions for protecting you are clearly stated. See some of them.

Psalms 91:1. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Proverbs 1:33. But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. – Psalms 91:1.
1 John 5:18. We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
Jn 15:4 — Jn 15:7 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.See you at the top in Jesus name.

Beloved brethren, once you commit yourself to meeting these well spelt out conditions, you can be assured of His unfailing protection until Christ comes.

Beloved, see some of these unfailing promises for you and your households, as you determinedly meet the revealed conditions in the Bible.

Psalms 27:5. For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
Psalms 31:20. Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.
Psalms 32:7. Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
Psalms 52:8. But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God: I trust in the mercy of God for ever and ever.
Psa 61:3 — Psa 61:4. For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.
Psalms 90:1 Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.
Ezekiel 11:16 Therefore. say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Although I have cast them far off among the heathen, and although I have scattered them among the countries, yet will I be to them as a little sanctuary in the countries where they shall come.

Psa 91:1 — Psa 91:16. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee,
to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

As you believe the Lord and obey Him, implicitly, you and your households are preserved in Jesus name.

Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | September 26, 2020 | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. – Psalms 89:34

Dearly beloved it is exciting and refreshing that God, your loving Father in heaven, is a covenant keeping God. See how the scriptures affirm this.

Deu 7:9 Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
Neh 1:5 And said, I beseech thee, O Lord God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments:
Jer 33:20 — Jer 33:21 Thus saith the LORD; If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season; Then may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers.
Isaiah 59:21 As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed’s seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. – Psalms 89:34

Beloved, one major way God has validated the fact that, He keeps covenant, is to ensure that, the words that have come out of His mouth are kept and fulfilled.

Psalms 89:34 My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.
Isaiah 34:16 Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.
Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. – Psalms 89:34

Beloved, one of these words that came out of His mouth, is the dawning rapture, which can take place, any moment from now. See what the Bible says about it.

1Co 15:51 — 1Co 15:52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1Th 4:15 — 1Th 4:17 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Jn 14:1 — Jn 14:3 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

It is very very important to know that God affirms and reassures, He will do what He said. See this.

Isa 46:10 — Isa 46:11 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. – Psalms 89:34

Dearly beloved, because this is going to be so, what are the things you need to do, to be adequately prepared, for the dawning rapture?

1. Biblical salvation and validating it with consistent daily walking in newness life.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. – Psalms 89:34

2. Daily lifestyle of scriptural holiness and righteousness.

Luke 1:75 In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
Isa 35:8 — Isa 35:9 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:
Matthew 13:43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

3. Sustaining your name in the book of life through, victory over sin, self, flesh and the world.

Revelation 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Revelation 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. – Psalms 89:34

4. Ensuring all your restitutions have been done.

Acts 24:16 And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men.
Ecclesiastes 3:15 That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.
Luk 19:8 — Luk 19:9 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold. And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.

5. Living daily with eternity in view and not gaining anything at the expense of your precious undying soul.

Deuteronomy 32:29 O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!
Matthew 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
Col 3:1 — Col 3:4 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

The grace of God shall avail for you in particular and enables you to be fully prepared in Jesus name.

2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work

1Pe 4:12 — 1Pe 4:13 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

This is because Jesus our Lord has informed believers of all ages and you in particular, that following Him fully shall expose you to inexplanable and unavoidable challenges.

John 16:33. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Mat 5:10 — Mat 5:12 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | O LORD God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee: Let my prayer come before thee – Psalms 88:1-3

The blessed Holy Spirit also affirms same in both old and new testaments, that saints, who desires to live righteously to please God, shall experience inexplanable and unavoidable challenges.

Psalms 34:19. Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
2 Timothy 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
Philippians 1:29. For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;
1Th 3:3. That no man should be moved by these afflictions: for yourselves know that we are appointed thereunto..

But then, despite the difficulties this unavoidable circumstances and challenges might cost you, it must not separate you from following Christ . You must endeavor to follow Him through thick and thin to the end.

Rom 8:35 — Rom 8:39 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Rev 14:4 — Rev 14:5 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | O LORD God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee: Let my prayer come before thee – Psalms 88:1-3

This becomes necessary for two reasons.

1. The eternal rewards awaiting you for enduring the challenges to the end. This shall surely be your portion in Jesus name.

Rom 8:16 — Rom 8:18 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
James 1:12. Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
Revelation 2:10. Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

2. The fearsome consequences that shall be the lots of those who turn back from Christ, because of challenges they encounter because of their faith. This shall not be your portion in Jesus name.

2Ti 2:11 — 2Ti 2:13 It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.

Beloved brethren, see saints of old that had such challenges and be encouraged and persevere to the end.

The psalmist.

Psa 88:1 — Psa 88:3 O LORD God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee: Let my prayer come before thee: incline thine ear unto my cry; For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh unto the grave.

Paul and his associates.

2Co 1:8 — 2Co 1:11For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life: But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead: Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us; Ye also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift bestowed upon us by the means of many persons thanks may be given by many on our behalf.
2 Corinthians 7:5. For, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without were fightings, within were fears.
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | O LORD God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee: Let my prayer come before thee – Psalms 88:1-3

Dearly beloved, always remember that the way of the cross leads home and you are expected to carry your cross daily till Christ comes.

Luk 9:23 — Luk 9:26 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the holy angels.

Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | September 24, 2020 | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The LORD loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. – Psalms 87:2

Dearly beloved brethren the Bible says you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. It also says my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

John 8:32And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Hosea 4:6.My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Besides this, it is painful but still true, that ignorance of what you don’t know, will still impact in your life, because there is no excuse.

Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The LORD loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. – Psalms 87:2

Brethren you need to know the biblical truth of the house of the Lord, the place the people of God, gathers to worship God.

1. It is the church of God, the pillar and ground of truth.

1 Timothy 3:15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

2. The Lord has special love for the place of worship.. He. is always there. It is His dwelling place. You must always reverence the house of the Lord with godly fear, for your service and worship. to be acceptable.

Psalms 87:2 The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.
Psa 132:13 — Psa 132:14 For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation. This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have desired it.
Isaiah 8:18 Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.
Habakkuk 2:20 But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.
Zechariah 8:3Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The LORD loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. – Psalms 87:2

Brethren, because of this you must at all times, behave with reverence and godly fear any time you are going to your assembly or any time you are in the church for service.

Heb 12:28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

This is because wrong and unbiblical behavior can impact on the life of the person negatively. This shall not be your portion in Jesus name.

Hebrews 12:24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
Psalms 103:20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The LORD loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. – Psalms 87:2

During the service or even when the service is not on, the angels are running errands. The angels are not tolerant. They can smite anyone not behaving rightly. Remember the case of angel Gabriel and. Zechariah, smitten with dumbness.

Luk 1:19 — Luk 1:20And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings. And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.
Exo 23:20 — Exo 23:22 Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him. But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.

But then when you manifest reverence and godly fear in the house of the Lord. Great thing shall happen to you. This shall be your experience henceforth till Christ comes.

Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The LORD loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. – Psalms 87:2

See some of these great things.

1. He shall satisfy you with your desired blessings that shall give you fulness of Joy. This shall be your experience in Jesus name.

Psalms 36:8 They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.
Psa 16:11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life:in thy presence is fulness of joy;at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
Psalms 65:4. Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

2. You shall receive speedy answers to prayers like King Hezekiah.

Isa 37:14 — Isa 37:17And Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went up unto the house of the LORD, and spread it before the LORD. And Hezekiah prayed unto the LORD, saying, O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, that dwellest between the cherubims, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth: thou hast made heaven and earth. Incline thine ear, O LORD, and hear; open thine eyes, O LORD, and see: and hear all the words of Sennacherib, which hath sent to reproach the living God.

3. You shall still be flourishing till old age.

Psa 92:12 — Psa 92:15 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; To shew that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | The LORD loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. – Psalms 87:2

Dearly beloved brethren so henceforth, see what you must be doing.

1. Be always happy to attend all services.

Psalms 122:1 I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.

2. Don’t be a visitor that goes to church occasionally or at the end of the year. Go regularly to attend all services, which makes you to be dwelling and not visiting.

Psalms 27:4. One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life,to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.
Psalms 84:4 Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.

3. Be committed to rendering wholehearted services in the church.

Psalms 84:10 For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

This way, God shall be pleased with you and bless you abundantly here and hereafter.

1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Col 3:23 — Col 3:24 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

Dearly beloved brethren, heaven is a beautiful place and it is prepared for faithful saints of all ages, which must include you and it shall include you in particular in Jesus name.

Hebrews 11:16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
Rev 21:18. And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
Revelation 21:21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. – Psalms 86:5

Beloved, besides this God is insatiably looking forward to the time, the entire saints of all ages shall be dwelling with Him. Certainly and assuredly, you shall be among these saints in Jesus name.

Rev 21:3 — Rev 21:4 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

But then see the lamentation of God at present.

Jeremiah 8:20. The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved.

This happened because human beings that are crown of His creation are trivilizing and refusing to take advantage of the unusual providence and enviable privileges, He places at their disposal, for them to be saved, but they are not saved.

Psa 10:4. The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God:God is not in all his thoughts.
Psa 14:2 — Psa 14:3. The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men,to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. – Psalms 86:5

Beloved see enviable privileges, humanity of all ages inside and outside the church are trivilizing.

1. The compassion of the Lord to pardon all iniquities and not to cast sinners away.

Psalms 86:5 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
Mic 7:18 — Mic 7:19 Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy. He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
Luk 15:11 — Luk 15:24 And he said, A certain man had two sons: And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living. And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living. And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want. And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him. And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son. But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet: And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. – Psalms 86:5

2 His unchanging long-suffering, not willing that any of them should perish. .

Ezekiel 33:11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
2 Peter 3:9. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

3. The priceless, painful and shameful death of Christ, His Son to save them from damnable sin.

Romans 5:8. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
John 3:16. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
1Ti 2:3 — 1Ti 2:4 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
LESSONS FROM PSALMS | For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. – Psalms 86:5

Dearly beloved, see all that the good Lord had done to ensure sinners are not dammed.

I am persuaded that you are not like the vast majority of nominal churchgoers, who profess religion and not biblically saved.

But then if you are not very sure about your biblical salvation and daily holiness lifestyle, to guarantee your eternal well-being, reach out to Calvary now and be biblically saved. This is because tomorrow might be too late.

2 Corinthians 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)

The good Lord shall help you in particular in Jesus name.

Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | September 22, 2020 | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee? – Psalms 85:6

Dearly beloved brethren, time is running out and the end of time is gradually and speedily unfolding every new day. But are you still tuned to heaven? Are you still hearing and being in expectation for the voice of our bridegroom from heaven?

Song of Songs 5:2 I sleep, but my heart waketh: it is the voice of my beloved that knocketh, saying, Open to me, my sister, my love, my dove, my undefiled: for my head is filled with dew, and my locks with the drops of the night.

Because your eyes are opened to the reality of unfailing and unchanging prophecies in the scriptures. Everything the Bible says shall herald the coming of Christ are shamelessly being brandished before us.

What now characterise the lifestyle of vast majority of people in the universal church of Christ is empty profession and form of godliness.

Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
2Ti 3:1 — 2Ti 3:5 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee? – Psalms 85:6

Because iniquity is abounding, the love of many have waxed cold, so they preferred listening to fables than the wholesome truth of the Bible.

Matthew 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
2Ti 4:3 — 2Ti 4:4 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
Jeremiah 5:31 The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee? – Psalms 85:6

Beloved two major vices have crept into the global church of Christ. . 1. Departure from the faith, meaning hearing the total truth of the Bible and lost first love to Christ.

1Ti 4:1 — 1Ti 4:2 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
Rev 2:4 — Rev 2:5 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee? – Psalms 85:6

The painful discovery of God, is that among those who profess to be standing, there are no intercessor to turn and stem the devastating evil tide.

Isa 59:16 And he saw that there was no man,and wondered that there was no intercessor:therefore his arm brought salvation unto him;and his righteousness, it sustained him.

Brethren won’t you wake up and cry out for God to bring revival and stem this dambable trend fast devastating the church our Lord paid a shameful excruciating death for?

Lamentations 2:19 Arise, cry out in the night: in the beginning of the watches pour out thine heart like water before the face of the Lord: lift up thy hands toward him for the life of thy young children, that faint for hunger in the top of every street.

Plead with Him to revive His church and revive us.

Habakkuk 3:2 O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.
Psalms 85:6 Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?
Psalms 80:18 So will not we go back from thee: quicken us, and we will call upon thy name.
Psalms 138:7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
Isaiah 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
Hosea 6:2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

Beloved see how the saints of old brought revival among the people of God and the church of Christ and begin henceforth to do same till Christ comes.

Gal 4:19 My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,
Isa 62:1 — Isa 62:2 For Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth. And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory:and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.
Isa 62:6 — Isa 62:7 I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

May the Lord depend on you.

Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | September 21, 2020 | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. – Psalms 84:11

Dearly beloved brethren, there are three things you must never forget as long as you are on this side of heaven.

1. The insatiable passion of our loving Father in heaven to dwell with saints of all ages, which must include you, for all eternity.

Rev 21:3 — Rev 21:4 AndI heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
2. The most important prayer of Jesus that God had already answered for believers of all ages and you in particular to be with Him in glory.
John 17:24 Father I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

3. The premium price God the Father in heaven paid willingly and the priceless pain Jesus our Lord willingly suffered, for saints of all ages and you in particular, to live in glory with them for all eternity.

Heb 2:9 — Heb 2:10 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man. For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. – Psalms 84:11

Beloved, Heaven is real and you in particular must be there. Hell is real and you in particular must avoid it.

Proverbs 15:24The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath.
Matthew 25:46And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

But then beloved brethren, there are prices you also must pay to get to heaven. The scriptures revealed them severally for all saints of all ages and you to have perfect understanding of them.

1. Christ must be in you for a lifetime to be with Him in glory.

Col 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

John 1:12But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. – Psalms 84:11

2. You must receive grace through which you meet the requisites of living with Jesus in glory.

Psalms 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly
Tit 2:11 — Tit 2:12For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. – Psalms 84:11

See the requisites that grace shall enabled you to meet.

Psa 15: 1— Psa 15:5LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle?who shall dwell in thy holy hill?H Hethat walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour. In whose eyes a vile person is contemned;b buthe honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not. He that putteth not out his money to usury,n nortaketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
Psa 24:3 — Psa 24:4 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD?or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
Isa 33:15 — Isa 33:17 He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high:his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks:bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off.
Matthew 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Eph 5:25 — Eph 5:27 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. – Psalms 84:11

2. In addition through grace you endure persecutions peculiar to all saints like you that shall live with Jesus in glory.

2Co 4:17 — 2Co 5:1 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. – Psalms 84:11

Dearly beloved brethren, heaven is a beautiful place that you are going to be with God for all eternity.

Psa 84:1 — Psa 84:2 How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts! My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD:my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.

Hell fire is not an option for heaven. You can not, you must not trade it for an utter dark place of weeping and gnashing of teeth for all eternity.

Mat 8:12But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 25:30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Beloved brethren, you have began a journey you can not afford to stop half way. God Himself promised to see you through. So determindly henceforth continue to the end.

Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. – Psalms 84:11

Dearly beloved brethren, Jesus Christ our Lord, shall ultimately judge the whole world at the end of time. The Father has committed all judgements to His hands.

John 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:9
Romans 2:16. In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
Acts 10:42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead.
Acts 17:31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. – Psalms 82:6

Our Lord. Jesus Christ informed His twelve apostles, that, they shall joined Him in judging the twelve tribes of Israel at eternity.

Luk 22:30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

In the same token the blessed Holy Spirit, revealed through apostle Paul, that, the. gentiles saints, that must include you, shall judge, both the fallen angels and the gentiles, along side with Christ.

1Co 6:2 — 1Co 6:3 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. – Psalms 82:6

Because this is going to be so, you have a price to pay, for you in particular to be part of this eternal prestigious assignment.

This price was even revealed to saints in the old testament and was confirmed by Christ our Lord. See it.

Psalms 82:6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

See the confirmation of it by our Lord.

Jn 10:34 — Jn 10:36 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

The biblical meaning of ye are gods, as revealed in the scriptures, is that, you shall be judge like me.

Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. – Psalms 82:6

See it.

Psalm 82:6 I said, You are gods [since you judge on My behalf, as My representatives]; indeed, all of you are children of the Most High. [John 10:34-36; Rom. 13:1, 2.]
Psalms 82:1 God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.
Exodus 22:28 Thou shalt not revile the gods, nor curse the ruler of thy people.
Exodus 21:6 Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever.
Exo 22:8 — Exo 22:9 If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, to see whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour’s goods. For all manner of trespass, whether it be for ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, or for any manner of lost thing, which another challengeth to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges; and whom the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbour.
Deuteronomy 1:17 Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God’s: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.
2 Chronicles 19:6 And said to the judges, Take heed what ye do: for ye judge not for man, but for the LORD, who is with you in the judgment.
Rom 13:1 — Rom 13:2 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | LESSONS FROM PSALMS | I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. – Psalms 82:6

Beloved, you are going to judge along side with Christ, at eternity, endeavor to heed the call to be biblical saintly till Christ comes.

1Co 6:2 — 1Co 6:3 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
Romans 1:7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 1:2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:
Ephesians 5:3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;

The grace to be saintly, God shall provide for you in particular in Jesus name.

2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
