CALEB – THE MAN WITH ANOTHER SPIRIT | Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it: But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land where into he went; and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24

Beloved, while you are still basking on the joy this Easter festive period brought to believers of all ages and you in particular.

I want to take for granted that everything that Jesus’s death and resurrection provides for His faithful followers shall be yours now and for all eternity in Jesus name.

But then as I ponder on the pains, shame and the grief, of going through the cross, caused our Lord Jesus Christ, I really have one passionate desire for you in particular.

It is that when the imminent rapture finally takes place, you shall not be left behind in Jesus name. It shall be so in Jesus name.

There shall be two major gatherings where Jesus had gone to prepare.

The entire members of the universal church of Christ shall gather there at the other side in yonder.

I earnestly pray for you that you shall be one of the multitude in these gatherings in Jesus name.

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24

See the two gatherings below.

1. Gathering of the triumphant.

Rev 7:9 — Rev 7:17 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24

2. The marriage supper of the Lamb.

Rev 19:6 — Rev 19:9 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24

You might be wondering why I have such a passionate desire for you to be in these gatherings?

It is because I remembered something very sorrowful and painful that happened to the Israelites.

When God by His invincible might brought them out of captivity of four hundred and thirty years.

Exo 12:40 — Exo 12:41 Now the sojourning of the children of Israel, who dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years. And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day it came to pass, that all the hosts of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt.

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24

By the time they left Egypt for the promised Land, more than six hundred thousand were on that pilgrimage.

Exo 12:37 And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot that were men, beside children.

However, despite the gracious, tender mercies and long-suffering of our loving Father in heaven, by their wilful making, only two got to the promised Land. See it yourself.

Num 14:23 — Num 14:24 Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it: But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it.

Num 32:11 — Num 32:12 Surely none of the men that came up out of Egypt, from twenty years old and upward, shall see the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob; because they have not wholly followed me: Save Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite, and Joshua the son of Nun: for they have wholly followed the Lord.

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24

Beloved, you could see the two of them at the promised land after forty years. See it.

Jos 14:6 — Jos 14:9 Then the children of Judah came unto Joshua in Gilgal: and Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite said unto him, Thou knowest the thing that the Lord said unto Moses the man of God concerning me and thee in Kadeshbarnea. Forty years old was I when Moses the servant of the Lord sent me from Kadeshbarnea to espy out the land; and I brought him word again as it was in mine heart. Nevertheless my brethren that went up with me made the heart of the people melt: but I wholly followed the Lord my God. And Moses sware on that day, saying, Surely the land whereon thy feet have trodden shall be thine inheritance, and thy children’s for ever, because thou hast wholly followed the Lord my God.

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24

Beloved, the reason why I earnestly pray for you is because, Jesus our Lord said the same way, it happened to the Israelites, so shall it happen to those nominal churchgoers globally professing religion.

See what He said. It is in deed very very frightful.

These words were actually confirmed by two witnesses.

2 Corinthians 13:1. This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.

First witness.

Mat 7:21 — Mat 7:23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Second witness.

Luk 13:23 — Luk 13:27 Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are: Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24

Dearly beloved, having seen what happened to the Israelites and what our Lord Jesus Christ said through Matthew and Luke.. What are you in particular going to do to avert this damnable situation?

YOU ALSO NEED TO FOLLOW THE LORD FULLY, LIKE CALEB AND JOSHUA.

How will you do it?

1. Go back to the old time religion of being biblically born again and becoming a new creature. Giving your heart, not your tithe or talent to the Lord.

Jeremiah 6:16 Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.

Proverbs 23:26 My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways.

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24

2. Enter into the only road that ended up at the pearly gate of heaven.

Mat 7:13 — Mat 7:14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Isa 35:8 — Isa 35:9 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24

3. Follow and cleave to Him through thick and thin and doing everything from the perspective of eternity.

Acts 11:23 Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.

Col 3:1 — Col 3:4 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

Rev 14:4 — Rev 14:5 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24

Be rest assured His unfailing grace shall avail for you to the end.

2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him and his seed shall possess it – Numbers 12:23-24
