Enrich and Sustain your relationship with Jesus reading our daily devotional – Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper, succeed and that things will go well with you; and be in good health [physically], even as thy soul prospereth [spiritually] – 3 John 1:2
Beloved, is it not marvelous that God your loving Father in heaven is not like men that lie?
Num 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie;neither the son of man, that he should repent:hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
On the contrary He is faithful, dependable, reliable and trustworthy.
1Co 1:9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
Beloved, know it. Believe it. Settle it in your heart. He has unchanging will for you in particular to enjoy His all round earthly prosperity.
3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
Psalms 36:8 They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.
Why is this so? Please don’t ever forget this. Your own particular prosperity brings glory to Him.
In your life before Jesus Christ comes, you shall prosper and bring glory to God in Jesus name.
Psalms 35:27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
See you have many reasons to count on the faithfulness of God.
1. You can never ever seek Him in vain.
Isaiah 45:19 I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the Lord speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.
2. He never forgets anything you have done because of your love for Him.
Hebrews 6:10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
3. You shall be profited in your labour for His cause.
Pro 14:23 In all labour there is profit:but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury.
4. He rewards commensurately those who diligently seek Him.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Beloved, if you desire His prosperity without sorrow, then be determined to meet His conditionalities.
Pro 10:22 The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich,and he addeth no sorrow with it.
See His grace full and stress free conditions.
1. Serve Him wholeheartedly. Champion His cause. Advance the kingdom of Christ on earth.
Exo 23:25 — 26 And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil.
2. Be doer of His entire revealed truth in the Bible.
Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
3. Prayerfully seek His wisdom or power for wealth.
Deuteronomy 8:18 But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
4. Resolve to render prompt and willing Obedience to Him at all times.
Job 36:11 If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
Isaiah 1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
5. Live a lifetime, lifestyle of biblical holiness and righteousness.
Isaiah 3:10 Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.
6. Work diligently with your hands without compromising your faith or following the worldly standard.
Psa 1:1 — 3 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord;and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
7. Cultivate a lifetime relationship with Him. Be Acquainted with Him.
Job 22:21 — Job 22:28 Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee. Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth,and lay up his words in thine heart. If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles. Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks. Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver. For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God. Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee,and thou shalt pay thy vows. Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee:and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
8. Never ever default in paying your tithe regularly, fully and joyfully to your church.
Mal 3:10 — Mal 3:12 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts. And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the Lord of hosts.
Beloved remember you can not mock God. You shall reap what you sow. So because you shall enjoy all round prosperity of the Lord, do the needful.
2Co 9:6 — 7 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Dearly beloved, you in particular should be grateful to our Lord until He comes for you in the dawning rapture. This is because one of the mission of our Lord, during His earthly ministry, is to make faithful believers like you to enjoy His prosperity.
2 Corinthians 8:9 For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.
Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
How joyful and grateful you should be , because it His will that you should enjoy His all round earthly prosperity.. FINANCIAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL.
3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
However, His condition is that your access to these all round prosperity is hinged on your spiritual growth.
No marvel, the Bible says you in particular should be diligent to grow in grace and the knowledge of our Lord. In addition, He gave ministers to help you to grow spiritually.
2Pe 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
Eph 4:11 — 14 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
2Pe 1:5 — 9 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
Dearly beloved, the extent of earthly prosperity that comes to you through our Lord is dependent on your spiritual growth.
3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
See this clearly articulated in the scriptures.
1. Follow Him wholeheartedly and He will help you achieve your dreams.
Matthew 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
2. Always give God preeminence in all you do..
Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
3. Determinedly be laying treasures in heaven, so you can receive from the bank of heaven.
Mat 6:20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
Matthew 19:29 And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.
Mar 10:28 — 30 Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee. And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
4. Live a lifetime, lifestyle of biblical godliness.
1 Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
May the Lord help you to be wise unto salvation in Jesus name.
Friend, don’t ever forget believers like you that shall be part of the dawning rapture are those that give attention and prominence to eternal things more than transient ephemeral.
Because you are going to be ready for this imminent event, then see to it that , this must be your lifestyle till Christ comes. See what the Bible says.

Deuteronomy 32:29 O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!
Col 3:1 — 4 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
Mal 3:17 — Mal 3:18 And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.
Friend, a great reward await you for giving preeminence to the things of God and serving Him.
1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Those who are pursuing ephemeral at the expense of their eternal well-being, shall not be part of the rapture and shall be damned. This shall not be your portion, so don’t follow this detestable damnable lifestyle.
Matthew 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
The good Lord shall help you in particular in Jesus name.
