Revelation 2:8 And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive; 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. 2:11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
ALWAYS REMEMBER JESUS WAS THE ONE SENDING THE MESSAGE AND AT ALL TIMES TO THE ANGEL, THE SHEPHERD OF HIS CHURCH.

THIS WAS THE WAY OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN, INTRODUCED HIMSELF, FOR YOU TO KNOW THAT JESUS ALSO IS GOD.

CHRIST’S TOTAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE DOINGS OF ALL BEINGS.

JESUS OUR LORD KNOWS ALL THINGS.
EVERYTHING THAT ALL OF US ARE DOING, GOOD OR BAD.
Hebrews 4:13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
John 2:24 But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, 2:25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

JESUS KNOWS ALL THINGS THAT ALL OF US ARE DOING AND SHALL REWARD US ACCORDINGLY ONE DAY.
Revelation 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
JESUS KNEW WHAT THIS CHURCH WAS GOING THROUGH FOR STANDING FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HOLINESS.
THE CHURCH WAS NOT POPULAR AND THEY WERE BEEN MOCKED FOR THEIR MORAL STANDARD BY OTHERS.

IT MIGHT BE THAT OTHERS ARE MOCKING YOU FOR TAKING RIGHTEOUS STANDING AND SAYING, HOW HAS WHAT YOU ARE STANDING FOR PROFITED YOU. YOU MUST NOT MIND THEM,. CONTINUE AND WAIT FOR GOD LIKE JOSEPH DID.
Point 3.
CHRIST’S CALL FOR PERSEVERING TO THE END.
JESUS ENCOURAGED THEM TO CONTINUE AND PERSEVERE IN SUFFERING, BECAUSE GLORIOUS REWARDS AWAIT THEM HERE AND HEREAFTER.

John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Acts 14:22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.
Philippians 1:29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;
YOU MUST NOT ALLOW YOUR PRESENT POSITION AND CHALLENGES TO TAKE AWAY YOUR ETERNAL WELL BEING.

JESUS SAID WE MUST OVERCOME TO RECEIVE HIS REWARDS HERE AND HEREAFTER.
James 1:12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
WE MUST OVERCOME SIN, SELF , SATAN AND THE WORLD.
Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
WE SHALL NOT HAVE PART IN THE SECOND DEATH.

Revelation 20:6
Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Revelation 20:14
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
